•Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
•No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
•Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
•People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry. The organiser reserves the right to evict such attendees from the event who are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol or who in the reasonable opinion of the organiser is conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner.
Rights of Admission:
Rights of admission are reserved, even to valid ticket holders and venue rules apply. The Event Organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the event to an Attendee if the attendee is late to the event or not following the safety guidelines during the event or is below the permissible age limit for entry to the event.
Prohibited Items:
•No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, arms, lighters, match box, vape pens, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, sharp objects, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments or any other flammable items, illegal or banned substances will be allowed at the venue.
•No drug use allowed - Consumption of narcotics or drugs is illegal and those found in possession of or consuming narcotics at the event will be evicted from the event/venue and handed over to the police authorities.
•Outside eatables, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, bags, large bags, bagpacks and suitcases. Carrying of liquids, alcohol, cigarettes and banned substances including outside food will not be permitted at the venue.
•Laptop, tablets, chargers or other electronic devices will not be allowed at the event.
•Alcohol will be served only to those who are of legal drinking age.
Medical & Safety:
•Medicines needing to be inhaled are prohibited unless it is a prescribed inhaler.
•Attendees(s) with allergies can carry their prescribed medicines with valid prescription.
Liability & Legal:
The sponsors/performers/organizers or any of its agents, officers, or employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered by the attendees at or as a result of the event or any part of it related to the event.
The performances and content shared by various artists at the Event are purely intended for the purpose of entertainment. The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any claims resulting from an artist's performance at the event.
No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
These terms will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising out of, under, or in relation to the provisions of these terms or the event.
Hookah Policy:
•Hookah use is strictly limited to adults aged 18+ (or 21+, as per local laws). Patrons must provide valid government-issued ID to prove age.
•Hookah use can pose health risks, including nicotine addiction and exposure to harmful chemicals.
•Patrons are encouraged to use hookah responsibly and in moderation. Intoxication or excessive hookah use may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.
•To maintain hygiene, sharing of mouthpieces is prohibited. Disposable mouthpieces are provided for each patron.
•Patrons are responsible for knowing and complying with local laws and regulations. This hookah policy is subject to change based on applicable laws and regulations.
•Designated Area: Hookah use is permitted only in designated areas within our venue. Please follow signage and staff instructions.
